This one-of-a-kind development brings together their vast experience in construction, retail and real estate, and combines it with the sporting values and passion for the sporting lifestyle they both hold so dear. Our Vision & Mission
Dubai Sports City aims to establish a thriving and inclusive community that endures for future generations. In line with the government’s push for carbon reduction, we have implemented solar-powered street lighting in our residential areas. Additionally, we plan to utilize our buildings as a solar farm to generate our own electricity and reduce the load on Dubai’s power grid.

Mr. Abdul Rahim Al Zarooni is the Founder and Chairman of Dubai Sports City and the Al Zarooni Group of Companies. He is one of the few businessmen to initiate a diverse sector business holding within the Emirate of Dubai.
Mr. Abdul Rahman Falaknaz
– Co-Founder & Partner
Mr. Falaknaz is a Dubai Sports City Partner and President of the Falaknaz Group, which has diversified business interest ranging across Construction, Real Estate, Retail, (including Mall ownership and Management), Sports-related trading, Exhibitions Management and Jewelry.
Mr. Helmi Aladham
Mr. Helmi Aladham is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Dubai Sports City.
Mr. Khalid Al Zarooni
Mr. Khalid Al Zarooni is the President of Dubai Sports City and has been pivotal in the project’s creation and development since its inception. He is also Vice Chairman of the Emirates Cricket Board and also a Director of the Al Zarooni Group of Companies.
