ICCA is seeking to appoint a Cricket Development & Performance Coach with proven coaching skills as well as an ability to support in the development and proficient administration of coaching programmes, activities and tours.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

A recognized Level 3 cricket coaching qualification or equivalent
A suitable undergraduate qualification in sport science, teaching or coaching;
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in (cricket) coaching a range of players to representative level;
Experience of designing, developing and implementing coaching programmes and activities including feedback mechanisms;
A passion for excellence and self-development with a thirst for knowledge;
Recognized First Aid qualification, child safeguarding certification and appropriate police record check;
Proficiency in written and spoken English including the use of I.T. applications;
